I really loved my stay here. The accommodation was comfortable but what really made the stay so good was the quality of the staff, in the restaurant and the bar staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were entertained at the Piano by a wonderful Italian singer " Lorena Longo", someone who really cares about her music and so much better than the average "international" cabaret /cocktail pianist you find in so many hotels. If you find she's appearing, stick around in the bar to listen to her. Well done to good team of people.

I have to write a review about this place as I was so impressed! I am actually staying at the Spinale and while it’s a lovely hotel it severely lacks soul and service. I walked into the Rosengarten as friends are staying there to enquire about coming next year. The lady that greeted me was charming and nothing was too much trouble! She was in fact the general manager Alissa and she was delightful! She showed me three of their rooms covering all budgets and they were stunning! We will absolutely be staying next year. Great location, great facilities, great warm welcome and service and above all one felt like you were actually a valued customer.....unlike The Spinale!

“Great vacation in the Dolimites !!!”

Excellent hotel completely renewed; rooms are big, bright and with very cosy. Delicious dishes and a delightful buffet. Spa with sauna and pool complete the offer for a relaxing & regenerating vacation. Professional and friendly staff directed by great Alessia make you feel like a vip !!!

We stayed at this nice hotel from 27.1.-31.1.2019. We can’t choose better hotel. It´s just few steps from centre of Madonna with lot of shops and restaurants. If I write few steps it´s really few steps. But this is review for the hotel and not the Madonna city centre, you can read about a lot of on internet. In hotel is everything new and everything is perfect. I recommend this hotel with all of my fingers. If I can rate more than 5 stars, I give them 10 stars at least. The first what you see when come to hotel is recepcion with lady with smile on her face everytime. Then you see La champagnieria, it is lounge bar in superb style, where you can choose champagne from Moet to Dom Perignon and I think I saw there some limited editions from DP like P1 or P2 or Luminious. After skiing or snowboarding all day on -2 floor is wellness area with pool for swimming incl. places for bubble bath (whirpools) also saunas and small gym is here. Our room was Elegance type - big enough for two persons. Room was absolutely perfect. We paid for Bed&breakfast, and I have no words for breakfast. Absolutely excelent, a lot of food, deserts, pancakes, juices, water, jogurts and fruits. Only problem is what to eat the first :-) Also there is “alla carte” restaurant where you can choose what you want for dinner. We have dinner one time and it was soooo delicious. Waiters in restaurant, champagnieria is very good and very kind. Another great service what hotel is their private ski bus. Your only problem is choose where and when go to ski. After skiing just take a call and hotel car just pick you up in few minutes. From hotel to Groste is it about 5 mins directly to ski slopes. One time we want go ski to 5Laghi which is cca 3 minutes walk from hotel. When we go through recepcion, general manager ask us where are we going, and in few seconds we sit at hotel car direction 5Laghi, which was maybe less than minute. I think a lot of not only European hotels can learn about services from this hotel. This is how services in hotels look like! And last but not least is general manager lady, this lady is sooooo kind. I saw her everytime with smile in good mood. After few days I think, like I know her for few years and I think she is part of our family. Hotel Rosengarten I can only recommend. Services, food, style and everything is on very very very high level!
