I came back to this hotel again and again I have a very good experience. Perfect location on the slopes, no need to use the ski buses. This year there were more people but despite that the organization in the restaurant is very good. Waiter service efficient and friendly. Breakfasts are varied with very good coffee served by a barista. Dinner is heaven for the palate. Great selection of dishes. Very nice Trentino evening, delicious panna cotta. Restaurant staff are always smiling and helpful. Reception service at a high level. Everyone nice and friendly. Check-in is very smooth. A very strong point of the structure is a very good and talented animation team (all without exception). The entertainment is of a very high standard. TOP!!!!!! Evening concerts, cabarets and performances last about 2 hours and are very addictive. The program is very diverse and everyone will find something for themselves. I really like the time from 18.30-19.30, the so-called apertiv. Then you can eat something small and listen to how wonderfully Giuseppe Maffei plays the guitar and sings. I was very warmly greeted and farewelled. I'll be back for sure next year. Max, Juri and Luciana - I hope to find you here next year. Thanks to you, I fell in love with Marilleva. Very good location for winter sport, very close to ski slopes. Good connection to Madonna di Campiglio by ski. Very good breakfast and dinner. Hotel needs renovation. Too many very loud children also in the night.

Let me start by saying I had a good time, hotel is old and has its quirks but for a good price it’s just that, good. I didn’t find any major issues or flaws during my stay but there were lots of small things that when taken into account over all did lower the quality of my stay. So I’ll be a little nit picky in this review. Most important for me were good localization and very thin walls in rooms. Pros: - Great location, the lifts are maybe 20m from the hotel - not very expensive - tasty food (there is some verity) - vibe (it has a vibe of Italian hotel from my childhood l, rooms are covered in wood I liked that) - ski storage (it’s in form of individual storage lockers, one per room, they are not very big tho, we had tree person room and we could only fit two snowboards) - there are essential services in the hotel area like shop, ski shops rental and service, a medical clinic and pharmacy, -it’s clean -pool is very warm and has individual lockers for storage - lots of bathroom storage space for cosmetics - big skiing complex, Marilleva and Madonna di Campiglio has a lot to offer -friendly staff Cons: - non standard and few wall sockets (they will fit a phone charger but our room had exactly three, all over so we had to jam a extension cord by force) -temperature control (it was either too hot or too cold nothing in between, the heater is old and on lower setting it doesn’t work, and on higher it was blazing hot) - the noise in the room, we had some sort of machine or pipe and it was noisy all the time, it sounded like a broken ac fan - sound from other rooms, the walls are extremely thin and it’s not an exaggeration, I could hear people in the other room opening a bag of chips or entire conversation if they spoke loud enough. Really annoying when your neighbors have a party at 1 am. Same with people on a corridor. - taps in the sink and shower were those old ones with two knobs and it was annoying to use. - duvet cover was just two separate sheets wich is not a big deal unless you or your family have sensory issues - fridge was very lid when it turned on - some foods in the restaurant were of limited quantity and were usually gone in 20 min and not replaced (like chicken nuggets) - all drinks but water were charged additionally -coffee during breakfast was abysmal - you have to make a reservation for a pool (never seen that before but the hotel is big I guess and maybe it was needed) -pool towels are 4 eur a pice and you need to have a cap - it’s not a hotel thing but a region thing and I feel it’s important so: there was A LOT of people on the slopes, to the point that to have a good experience skiing in good conditions you needed to be at the lifts when they opened so 8.30 am or even before to stand in the queue for opening - no spare keys for the room, we had one set of keys for a room and ski locker and it was annoying to deal with but I know our friends managed to get spare set so I guess if you get lucky you might get it In conclusion as you read there weren’t any major flaws but there were some flaws but all in all I went to ski and ski I did so if you’re looking to do that the hotel will do just fine, if on the other hand you’re looking for a modern resort with spa and absolutely flawless experience this hotel is not not for you.
