The hotel victoria wins on at least two fronts: perfect location and great staff (more on that later). As others have pointed out, you just need to step out across the road to be on the slopes. The ski cabinet service is absolutely fantastic. The hotel is great, warm, nicely decorated, amazing spa -wow there are so many options: steam room, Finnish sauna, Roman sauna, swimming pool,jacuzzi, outside jacuzzi and more! The rooms are spacious clean and more than adequate for everyone's need ( the only minor point is that I would have preferred a non- carpeted solution as it's not easy to keep the carpet spotless and it's not unexpected that some stain might be present but I understand this is a personal choice and not an issue). The hotel food is more than adequate and there's always a great selection for antipasti and main courses plus they are able to offer off menu solutions for kids which is greatly appreciated. Sometimes one dish might not be perfect but hey who is! If you're into sweets might find a limited selection but once again the fresh fruit salad has been my choice every night. One minor recommendation is maybe consider checking the freshness of the antipasti as sometimes they might have been stored in free air becoming slightly oxidated which might go to detriment of the whole experience...easily solved. We had always great food. The wine selection is good with decent prices and some great local solutions with low carbon footprint. The staff: everyone from director to the cleaning staff is kind polite smiley and helpful. Bobo was incredible....he loves his job and it shows. It felt we were at home away from home.They always find a solution for amy issue or request (they opened the kitchen for breakfast for a few family that had to leave really early...wow!) And they mean to provide the customer with a great service. Last but not least...Giorgia and Gin of the entratainment team: wow! My kid couldn't wait to go back to the hotel to be with them...when we offered to join us in the swimming it preferred to stay with giorgia:) in the evening we couldn't wait to be doing the baby dance with them and the other parents or the games! My little one had an absolute blast! Thank you both as they made our holiday even more perfect. We want to go back. Thank you hotel Vittoria:)

Location is great: Next to the ski resort, near the office for ski passes and the hotel gives you discounts in nearby ski hire shops. Location is great: Next to the ski resort, near the office for ski passes and the hotel gives you discounts in nearby ski hire shops. Food is excellent value for money (a lot cheaper than going to restaurants every day). The spa provides great relaxation for after skiing such as massages, saunas, jacuzzis etc. All staff are friendly from the receptionists to the waiters. Gym could be improved, maybe with dumbbells so the upper body can be trained. Not a big deal though, we’re here for skiing, not weightlifting. I’ve saved the best bit for last-the entertainment. Gin and Giorgia are the Goats of the tourist entertainment industry. Their entertainment is suitable for all ages and makes everyone smile. You don’t even have to attend their entertainment shows to feel their positive vibes. They’re great to talk to and will happily tell you where to go for a good night out in Passo del Tonale.

Stylish hotel with ski room directly on the slopes. Food really good thanks to new chef, room comfortable and cleans in mountain style . Great spa and pool. Best option in Passo del tonale especially now that they have improved again food option and ski room.

The hospitable environment, meticulous attention to detail, captivating alpine decoration, and convenient proximity to the pistes have consistently exceeded our expectations. The recent additions of a fantastic restaurant and a top-notch ski shop have further enhanced our experience. We eagerly await our return in December!
