We stayed at Leitlhof last year and honestly thought it couldn’t get any better. It had already set such a high standard in terms of comfort, atmosphere, and food that we returned this year simply hoping it would be just as good. Somehow, it has surpassed even our best memories. From the moment you walk through the doors, there’s a genuine sense of warmth and care. The hotel strikes that perfect balance between alpine charm and understated luxury, cosy lounges, beautifully kept rooms, and thoughtful touches everywhere you look. It feels welcoming rather than showy, which makes it incredibly easy to relax and feel at home. The food continues to be a real highlight of our stay. Every meal feels like an occasion, with incredible quality, creativity, and consistency. Breakfast sets you up perfectly for the day, and dinner is something to look forward to all afternoon. It’s rare for a hotel kitchen to maintain such a high standard year after year, but they truly have. What makes the hotel even more special is the team. It was lovely to see some new faces this year, bringing fresh energy while keeping the same attentive and personal service. A particular mention must go to Davide in the restaurant his warmth, genuine care, and wonderful personality elevate the entire dining experience. He has a natural way of making guests feel completely comfortable and valued, and he’s a real asset to the hotel. Of course, the skiing is excellent and conveniently accessible, but for us it’s the hotel itself that makes the trip unforgettable. Returning this year and finding that everything had somehow improved is the greatest compliment we can give. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

“Fabulous hotel in Dolomites”

Would definitely recommend this hotel food and accommodation excellent. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel food and accommodation excellent. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. This was our fourth visit to the Leitlhof and we have not been disappointed with the food and level of service . The Spa area is fabulous and all areas are kept very clean. The hotel adds little extras to your stay, Such as afternoon snacks and ski lockers as well as the brilliant ski bus shuttle. The rooms are spacious and views of the mountains are spectacular. Thank you for another wonderful holiday!

We had a panoramic suite and the view from our room was wonderful. The entire experience was exceptional with a personal touch. During every meal we had the same designated table with our name on it. The food, the service, and the spa were incredibly good. We had one rainy day and we are glad we spent it in the hotel enjoying the wellness area. Would definitely come back here next time we visit the Dolomites.

The hotel is beautiful – the grounds and rooms are immaculate and exactly as pictured. The spa facilities are excellent - by far one of the best spas I have ever visited. The views from the saunas and pool are incredible. It’s worth noting that many of the (amazing) wellness areas are adults-only and nude, which may not suit everyone. The half board option was a highlight, with a generous breakfast buffet, made-to-order eggs, and a very good four-course dinner with multiple choices each night. Service throughout the hotel — from the front desk to the bar and restaurant — was hit or miss, which was surprising for a hotel of this caliber. We did have two exceptionally kind and attentive servers at the restaurant and the front desk staff was generally pleasant, but several other interactions felt rushed and lacked attentiveness. A few things to be aware of: there is no air conditioning, and the window/door doesn’t have a screen to keep bugs out (there were quite a bit of flies outside during our stay), which made sleeping uncomfortably warm as the room retains heat very well. One of the more disappointing surprises was a charge for TAP WATER at dinner – €3.80 for a tap water in hotel-branded refillable glass bottle (and this fee is not disclosed in advance). For a luxury resort charging over €400/night for room and half board, that felt unnecessary and left a sour note on an otherwise enjoyable stay.
