“Nice place”
I used an online service to store my bags and it directed me here. The lady working the front desk was super nice. The hotel also looked very nice. They stored my bags in a secure room and were very professional.

“great customer service”
Have experienced excellent customer service at this place. They helped me out with travel issues resulting in a refund that they were not at all obliged to give me. I will definitely pick them for another stay in Trento next time I am in the area.

This is a hotel that you need to lower any expectations. As a four star it is disappointing. The staff are friendly the room isn’t great.
