“Elegant hotel”

“Not a 4 star hotel...”
The hotel was okey. However the 4 stars they must have gotten for a VERY long time ago. Not really helping with small things like arranging adopter and the reply is not polite and when we ask for iron to press the dress. The answer was we don’t have you can go out side somewhere and do it..!!!
