“Our favorite hotel in Florence!”
Great hotel in a nice neighborhood. Somewhat removed from the historic attractions in the center of town but the walk from here is direct and is a good way to stretch your legs. The hotel was booked as part of a group tour while in Florence. The hotel is “historic” but felt very dingy and dirty. The comforter, walls and curtains all had stains on them. We stayed 2 nights in May. This hotel is very worn, dated and breakfast service was crowded and understaffed. It was a terrible experience. I was there on a group trip.
