“Clean and comfortable”
The room was clean and comfortable. The view from our window was beautiful and staff were friendly and helpful. It was a little bit of a walk from many attractions but not terrible. Definitely need a taxi from the train station though.

Overall this is a solid choice for a hotel in Florence. It is not right in City Centre, which is nice, but only a 20 minute walk from main attractions. “Very nice hotel”
Breakfast was wonderful! The hotel is very clean, and management is helpful. However, the water in the shower went from hot to cold, then back to hot to cold. It never stayed the same temperature.

This hotel isn’t in the city center as described, it’s at least a 20-minute walk, around 30 minutes to the station, and a similar distance to the tram, bear this in mind as it does add extra steps in what is already a very walk-heavy city.
