“THE BEST STAFF!”
Thank you to all, especially Manuele, who was so considerate after I was pickpocketted and lost my wallet on boarding the rush-hour tram. He called the local and central Carabinieri to arrange a meeting to report the theft and I met with the police next day. So helpful! And thanks, too, to Alessand… more

“Great experience”
Great experience everything was smooth from checking in and v close to tram station and easily accessible and the staff were very friendly.

“Will come back!”
Clean and lovely polite staff. Hot bits of breakfast were cold. A bit more love for the bacon and scrambled egg would be appreciated.

“Very comfortable but little bit noisy from other room”
I could spend good time. Good location and very clean. Only one thing is your room doesn’t have noise avoidance. It was uncomfortable for me .
