“A great hotel in the heart of the Florence Transport hub”
A beautiful hotel right in the heart of the Florence transport hub. All amenities including a good fitness facility. A very special lady by the name of Angelica who greets us at breakfast each day and makes the best Cappuccino in Florence. Thankyou Angelica for making us feel so special.

“Nice hotel but too noisy outside.”
Although this is a nice hotel and so handy for the train station, the noise from outside is dreadful.

“No functioning Air Conditioning”
Air conditioning is not switched on during the spring months. Room was very hot and had to open the windows and door to try and get a cross draught. Provision of a fan would have been good. All else was good. Especially location. Staff friendly.
