Pleasant staff, good breakfast, first class accommodation. We held an impromptu dinner for 10 on the patio using dishware supplied by the hotel, for which we are grateful.

“Disappointing and depressing decor”
Hotel is entered by a small foyer. The rooms do feel rather like being in a prison - slate grey decor and very minimalist. Certainly no flavour of Florence. Roof bar is nice but doesn’t make up for depressing bedrooms! Expensive for what it is - feels more like a cheap chain hotel.
