“A Great Place to Stay in Florence”
We had a great stay here. The hotel is a very short seven minute walk from the train station. The Duomo and museums are also 10 - 20 minutes away. The breakfast in the morning is great. The staff was friendly and accommondating. The room was clean and quiet.

“Exceptional!”
Lovely hotel. Provided a wonderful and accommodating staff which included housekeepers, front desk and dining. We were treated really well and enjoyed our stay. We will return again.

“central location with comfort”
Excellent location for exploring Florence. Staff are friendly and efficient. Rooms are comfortable and well designed. Shower is especially good. Room safe did not work, but I never mentioned it to the staff. Convenient laundromat next door - does need coins. Taxi service always prompt.

“Amazing service and quality”
All the staff was so nice and helpful. We had everything we needed and more. The location is amazing, just a few walking minutes from every major attraction, and very close to the main train station, which was a plus. Whenever I find myself in Florence again, I'm definitely staying at the Grand Hot… more
