“Rooms are not massive BUT”
The rooms aren’t massive and I think we had the smallest room in the whole hotel however there is great attention to detail, all the staff are really friendly, approachable and helpful. There is a wide range of breakfast items available and a wide selection of drinks at the bar.

“Views, location, and excellent breakfast!”
Beautiful hotel in great location, and the breakfast was generous and had everything one would want. Francesco, front desk host, made my stay perfect. The cocktail lounge was excellent as well.

“A Real Treasure!”
A lovely treasure in a great location. Comfortable clean room, tasty breakfast and helpful professional staff. Great restaurants within walking distance and the staff recommendations for food were spot on. We had a delightful experience and recommend it as your base in Florence.

My grandaughter and I had a lovely double aspect room on 4th floor over looking the R. Arno. We had a 4 night stay. “Instant coffee in Italy!”
No I’m room coffee/espresso machine. Instant coffee packets only. Small but nice room. Location slightly off the beaten path but still very close to most sites. Good breakfast.
