“Amazing location and beautiful room.”
We stayed for 3 nights in room 351 which is in a quiet ‘hidden’ section of the hotel. Our room was nicely decorated, plenty of space and the air conditioning worked perfectly. “Great location close to many attractions”
This hotel in Florence has an excellent location to the major attractions and squares. Also, it's only a short can ride to the train station. The hotel is charming but dated. The room was small and had to go up/down 9 steps from elevator. Small corner window that I was told not to open. Safe(?) did not work. Rooftop bar not opened or did not have selection of liquor.
