The hotel was amazing. The staff went the extra mile every time. The breakfast should be experienced. A thing of beauty. The view on the river was perfect. Walking distance to everything. “Absolutely must stay - hidden gem”
Incredible experience, amazing service especially from Imran Pathan, Angelo, Lorenzo, and Lina. The food, ambience, hospitality was 5 star. The location is perfect and walking distance from everything. Luxurious hotel with beautiful art. Will absolutely stay here again when we visit Florence!
