“Attentive staff, great location ”
Great hotel in one of the most charming towns in Italy. It was very clean and well appointed. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Lucca. The staff was very helpful and the location can’t be beat. Easy access to everything within the walls of the old city.

For a budget hotel this place fulfilled our needs. The staff hotel was really nice and helpful everytime. The room was clean but a bit of chilly even though we set the heat on high.
