“Great Hotel”
Fantastic hotel close to the train station and within walking distance of all the sights in Florence. We are from the US and the majority of the guests staying while we were there were also from the US. The Concierge Desk is very helpful (especially Andrea) and Mussa at the pool was wonderful!

“A gem of a hotel in Florence”
What a beautiful hotel. Room was clean and welcoming. We had a very large balcony. What a great spot to sit and relax. You could here the elevator quite clearly in our room but having the large balcony made up for that. The front desk ladies were more than pleasant and helpful. Lovely staff. We enj… more

“One of best experiences in Italy!”
Beautiful centrally located hotel. Spacious rooms, outstanding food options, beautiful courtyards, and super accommodating staff! Also has a very nice pool! Jacobo (sp?) one of the most professional friendly managers i have interacted with at any Marriott!

“Amazing Customer Service”
Every single person I ran into, from the contact over the app, to the email contacts, to the guest relations staff, to the restaurant staff, to the housekeeping team, were fantastic. In all my years of travel, I have never felt so pampered, special and welcome. My hat's off to them! Bravo.
