“Great staff”
The hotel is very close to airport the taxi was 15e with tip. I left my phone in the taxi and the man on reception (Frederico) was so so helpful he called the taxi company tracked down the phone and arranged for it to be returned. Amazing customer service ! As for the hotel it’s clean but a little… more

“Good experience with no stay”
We didn't really stay there; we had it booked (by mistake). Can't comment on anything but staff very understanding. Michael at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Thank you
