“One night stay on city break.”
We stayed there for one night to see Leaning Tower of Pisa then we went to Florence. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Hotel is old but very clean and properly maintained. “Great family stay”
We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was ideal as less than 5 mins from train station and really close to airport. “All good”
Apart from the bed being too large for the room it was in, everything was ok (well, since there is only one person at the reception desk, there was quite a long wait sometimes). The breakfast was ok for 10 Euros. Very easy access if arriving by air or train. Friendly staff

“Disappointed”
The best thing is that the hotel is within walking distance to train and bus stations. Other than that it was in a sketchy end of town. Hard to believe it is part of Italy. For the most part staff was unfriendly. Breakfast was reasonable and bountiful.
