“Location, Location, Location”
We are just back from a 4 night stay at Villa Kinzica. As a tourist hotel, this is a gem of a location. The hotel is clean, warm & easily accessible to everything you would want to see in Pisa & within easy walking distance of both railway stations if you'd like to venture a little further afield… more

“Hotel next to the tower”
Small hotel next to the tower, good breakfast selection included. Receptionist on arrival was polite gave some good recommendations for restaurants. Saint Marie being a favourite, especially for pizza. Early morning walks with no crowds was very pleasant.

They promote themselves as a four star hotel, but I would disagree. There were two big dead bugs on the floor of my room during my entire stay, even though housekeeping accessed the room.
