“Traditional hotel”
This is a lovely typical old Italian/European hotel. Friendly staff, great breakfast and excellent location. It was super clean and great value. My room was a bit dark till I worked out how to open the shutters. I highly recommend Hotel San Marco

“Fabulous ”
San Marco is a delightful family style hotel. Greeted pleasantly throughout our 5 day stay. Breakfast was delicious. Rooftop terrace for a glass of wine at sunset. The hotel and our accommodations were super clean. Would not hesitate to recommend

“Family vacation”
Very friendly, uncomplicated hotel. Clean and nice rooms and a rooftop with a wonderful view to the sunset. Just a few foodsteps from Prato center and the trainstation (25 minutes by train to Florence).

“Dated, tired, just about average”
Just about satisfactory. A 10 minute walk from both the station and the centre. Hotel San Marco is alright for one night but the hotel needs a little TLC. My room was dated but clean, breakfast was satisfactory and staff were friendly. The view from my room was terrible! Not a memorable hotel but … more

“Very helpful staff.”
We were put in this hotel after our flight was cancelled. The staff were very helpful and sorted some problems out for us. The room was clean. The hotel is in the middle of the town above some shops.
