Brenzone is a more quiet city compared to the more known cities around the lake. The lake front hotel is a small hotel with amazing staff. The breakfast includes everything you need. Overall the food is great. We appreciated the location right on the beach walk and to the ferry which took us to other cities around the lake. We didn’t use our car at all this week. Lots of beautiful hiking spots. We will definitely come back.

We stayed at Hotel Brenzone for 7 nights starting from Easter Monday and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our visit. We had originally booked a Bella Vista Superior Room with a lake view, but were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a lake view suite, which offered truly breathtaking views of the lake. The restaurant exceeded our expectations, with well-prepared and beautifully presented dishes from breakfast through to dinner. The ambiance throughout the hotel was charming, and the cleanliness was impeccable. What stood out most was the outstanding customer service provided by the entire team. Special thanks to the hotel manager, Pietro, whose warm and attentive approach made us feel especially welcome. He was constantly present and engaging with guests to ensure everyone was having a wonderful experience. Our toddler son also had a fantastic time, making the stay even more memorable for our family. We would return without hesitation and highly recommend Hotel Brenzone to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing and high-quality stay. Thank you to the entire team—keep up the excellent work!

This hotel is an Oasis in the paradise of Lake Garda. From the minute you arrive, the smile and warm welcome is in abundance. We arrived after a long day travelling and were greeted with a pleasant smile. When you arrive, you'll receive a personal tour of the hotel. All of the amenities and layout of the hotel are explained before you are shown to your room. We stayed in a city room with french balcony. The room was spacious enough for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids), it was beautifully decorated in keeping with the style of the hotel. The bathroom was clean and bright and the beds were very comfortable. It was very hot in Lake Garda but the constant air con inside the room was a welcomed touch. The pool is small and simple but when you have a Lake to swim in at the door, it is great just for a cool down in the heat. It's not crowded and the staff are attentive for drinks or snacks when needed. The gardens are beautiful. For the kids, there were stand up paddleboards, a canoe, bicycles and some electric scooters (€6.50/hour). The pool is never too busy and there are ample sunbeds available, which you can take out onto the Lake if you like. There are also some beanbags on the Lake to relax. A few minutes walk to the right of the hotel to a very small stone/shingle beach where you can walk into a shallow part of the shore. The food at the hotel for breakfast was amazing. Service was impeccable and the hotel even realised it was my birthday on the first day, a special table, some cake with candles and a happy birthday message was a very personal touch, thank you to all the staff! We even treated ourselves to a small glass of the breakfast prosecco to celebrate. The real honeycomb honey was also a very nice touch. Food was fresh, homemade and of a very high standard. Location wise, I'd recommend a car. There are a few restaurants in walking distance but it was nice to be able to drive the short distance to Maclesine, Riva Del Garda, Peschiera Del Garda and we took the boat to Limone which was amazing! The hotel will provide a keyfob to secure private parking and explain where it is when you check in. Congrats to the owners and staff of Lake Front Hotel, simply superb! We hope to see you again.

“Lovely stay overall”

We stayed at the hotel for our Honeymoon with our 2 children staying in a suite overlooking the lake. We stayed at the hotel for our Honeymoon with our 2 children staying in a suite overlooking the lake. The room was a great size and had a sliding partition to separate us from our sleeping 2 and 4 year old. The pool area is great for smaller kids as it has plenty of shallow places for them to paddle and has cabanas to keep out of the August sun. The senior/longer serving staff overall were helpful and repeatedly checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly. I think a number of the waiting staff were still training which caused a few frustrations as they’d repeatedly forget orders for coffee at breakfast or around the pool and in the evening 4 out of 5 evening meals had a discrepancy with the bill. I’m putting it down to training and we all have to learn but it was irritating by the end of our stay, especially when we had €82 of bread added to our bill which would have gone unnoticed had we not had issues with the bill on previous nights. The restaurant was great for breakfast and lunch and I’d say pretty good for dinner. My only reason for having slight issue with the dinner menus were some of the specials were a bit rogue. I opted for fish one night which came with a mint mayo that tasted like tooth paste. I’m pointing out the downsides but additionally their mussels are insanely good, so good in fact we ordered this more than once. Drinks prices are by and large reasonable for a hotel but my only drawback is the soft drinks for kids. They’re opted for organic/craft sodas which are nice for adults but when ordering a €5 lemonade for a kid that just wants a sprite not having the option is frustrating. There is a Spar shop nearby and pharmacy so you can get supplies there if you need. The front of house team are amazing and super helpful and really helped us with our transfer back to the airport. We’d stay here again so don’t be put off by the negative points, the good far outweighs the bad, just flagging for transparency.
