“Friendly, helpful”
Very friendly and helpful owner. The hotel in great location and you can park in the hotel which is very good. After checking out, we were able to leave the car in the parking lot for a few more hours while we were walking around town. Well equipped apartments.

I highly recommend this apartment because it has everything you and your family need during a holiday. “Excellent location, friendly staff, nice apartments”
Already 3rd time at Lacroma. Located at the heart of Grado (can be noisy on summer nights) close to both beaches and all restaurants and shops. Very friendly and helpful owner (Piermaria). Apartments nice furnished, well equipped with daily cleanup and fresh towels. Parking is limited to 12-14 cars… more

A really nice appartament in The centre of grado. I book with booking.com for 3 night an appartament and IT was really nice, waterfront view, optimal position, nice finiture. The staff was really carful. Book IT

“Near the Beach”
Very nice aparthotel, with all the facilities you need. Nice breakfast, and very helpful staff. And there is only a few meters to the Beach. We have a free parking spare, and We would like to go back there.
