“Excellent breakfast”

45 / 5 000 Good intermediate hotel for a long trip. It is far from the attractions, but you can go into the city by car. It is clean and comfortable, and parking is good.

First, I want to mention that the staff is very friendly and helpful. Also, we were allowed to check in 2 and a half hours early which was absolutely wonderful. However, I feel I have to point out a couple of issues that I wish I had known about before or should have paid more attention to: 1) The hotel is in the industrial area of Padova - very far from thr city center. In fact, it does not feel like Padove but like a whole different town. This means that around the hotel there are factories, trucks and truck parking lots. This is unpleasant if you need more quiet to rest. Also, considering the area in question, there are times, especially in the evenings, when you might feel unsafe for various reasons. 2) The public transportation situation is catastrophic. First of all, there are only 2 buses running in the area. Indeed, the stops are very close to the hotel. What is very important to note is that buses DO NOT RUN ON Sundays! Also, the last bus leaving from the center (train station) to this area is at 19:25!!!! After this time no bus, no public transport. So, there is a real problem, considering that the hotel is a 90 minute walk from the center, and the route is passing through a lot of shady neighborhoods. Keep in mind that although there is a table with the times the buses come (usually two buses per hour, with some exceptions in the early morning and evening) there are situations where the buses DO NOT COME AT ALL! We waited an hour and 10 minutes after a bus and, unfortunately, it didn't come and we had to walk. Also, I recommend to pay attention to the bus routes because they change every hour, although the bus number remains the same, the route CAN BE DIFFERENT and serve other neighborhoods. We experienced this and instead of going to the Tulip In we ended up in a completely strange and unsafe area, also being at night. I strongly believe that the hotel is not located in the right place if your goal is to visit the surroundings, unless you come by car. As mentioned above, bonus points for the staff.

We were only there for a night. We have a quadruple room which is separated through a sliding door. At check in time the room were ready, it was clean and okay. We were only there for a night. We have a quadruple room which is separated through a sliding door. At check in time the room were ready, it was clean and okay. The kettle was there with instant coffee, tea, sugar and 2 paper cups. More you could ask at the reception. At night the room with the twin bed were suddenly smell like cigarette. As a non smoking family, with a child which has asthma, not a good sign. The smell was so intensive, that it was impossible to sleep. I would say the window has bad isolation. They were fully booked, but at least after begging hard i could get an extra room for my asthmatic child at midnight. Try to get the room with odd number, they are definitely quieter.
