Typical venetian building completely restored in 2003 and in keeping with the surroundings. .Hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city, a couple of minutes walk from Rialto Bridge and approximately 8 minutes walk from San Mark's Square. All the sites of major interest are within easy reach. The area is also very lively with many bars and restaurants and some of the best shops in town. The closest boat stop is Rialto.
There is no restaurant or breakfast room. Breakfast is served in the room following previous arrangements with hotel staff.

“Excellent accommodation and location”
Fantastic location, right in the heart of everything. Very safe and secure, close to restaurants and bars. Great communication and service. Would definitely stay again. Close to major water taxi stop, Rialto. Rooms are very clean and comfortable.

“3 days in Venice, a wonderful experience.”
This is a clean and comfortable traditional Venetian hotel in an ideally situated location.It was very quiet yet so close to everywhere. We had a lovely stay the staff were excellent, so helpful. We chose to have breakfast in our room which suited our needs. We would definitely go there again.

“The hotel can increase its rate correcting minuses”
+: very convenient location, silent, nice personal. -: you should change the breakfast… to eat every day the same it’s very sad… add a piece of cheese and some slice of ham.. your breakfast consists only of carbs and sugar, I advice clients to have breakfast in some cafe; no lift for the 4th floor… more

“Ness the best host”
