“Perfect place for your stay in Venice”
Small but very nice and clean hotel. Our room had been tydied every day. The personal was really nice and helpful. Breakfast was simple, but delicious (it was even gluten free choises). The tram and bus stops are not far away so you can reach Venice easily and quickly.

“Charming place with a helpful staff!”
Stayed with my sister in a 2-bed room for 2 nights and had a communal bathroom. Rooms were clean and comfy. The staff was incredibly nice. The lady personally made us cappuccinos on arrival. We had a wonderful stay at Venice Lion Residence at Vespucci. The hosts were great especially the breakfast lady ( Mari?) who always had a beautiful smile and was ready to help out with any of our questions or needs. Great stay

“A lovely place to stay.”
Around half an hour tram ride into the centre of venice. Check in was easy, Teo on reception was easy to contact via WhatsApp for any requests or concerns we had. The room was spacious and clean.
