“Great location, but rooms a bit dated.”
Good location with great access to everything in Verona. The hotel was a bit stuck in the past. strange technology, shutter that didn't open and just lacked a bit of warmth. Breakfast was good, but the staff seemed to lack a smile.

“choose for location”
location is tops but already an old hotel. there are 2 wings/buildings. one is the hotel and other is a suite/residential which is bigger. I booked through a travel agent. The breakfast is not good, limited choices and nothing hot. I would look for other alternatives

Our room was clean with a good shower. Towels not very soft. We had a package which included breakfast. We tried it the first morning and never went back.
