“Helpful gentleman from reception”
We stayed here overnight as it was in the middle of Venice and Verona. We had a comfortable stay and had very good sleep. The gentleman from the reception who recommended us good restaurants in the area is very warm and friendly. We will stay here again if we are in the area.

“Not quite 5 stars but OK. Locations out of town.”
Stayed here in April 2026. The outside of the hotel is very unappealing and it is located on a busy noisy road. Inside, it is better and the communal areas and breakfast areas are modern and nice.
