“Outstanding staff.”
This hotel was very convenient to get into the centre of Vicenza on foot. It was very clean and functional. However, what was completely outstanding was all the staff. Every single person we encountered was unfailingly, helpful polite, kind pleasant.

I have stayed here twice, once in 2015, and one recently. I love the location as I can easily walk downtown. The room, I had the last time was a junior suite. Quite spacious room and bathroom.
