i booked 3 nights in this kind hotel ; in fact i was surprised to positive ; nice entrance ( with electronic gate ). huge parking space in site ( payable ). the lobby is big nice decoration & high level chairs ; elegant lobby bar ; free wifi ; special decoration as books ; flowers ; unique to this hotel. clean ; smil fine ; rooms are nice ; clean ; bathroom is big with all amenities to make clients happy & satisfied of hygienic shampoo & soap . breakfast is in -2 floor ; nice tables ; nice fresh items ; it could have more vegetables ( on buffet only small tommatos ). price is bit high ; but i got nice value for money. don't miss the river side seating - wow it's somthing !! of course coming back

“Girls Vacation”

We loved this hotel, location, decor, staff. 15 minutes drive from train station and 15 minutes walk from historical center. Lake runs in front of the hotel, very relaxing to seat outside after a full day of sightsee. Don't leave window open, lots flies, but we definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed at this extremely pleasant hotel last week. The reception area is typical Italian with all marble flooring and statues, plush sofas, chandeliers etc. We were given a very friendly warm greeting by the man on reception. The room was large with an extremely comfortable bed. The only issue I had with our room was the temperature. It was excessively warm and we had to sleep with the window open all night and leave it open all day when we went out because of the heat. Unfortunately this did mean that we couldn't close the curtains fully which then gave us quite a lot of light pollution during the night and when the sun starting to come out. There did not appear to be any air conditioning, we attempted to adjust the heating but it was just blowing out hot air. Other than the heat I found the room very well equipped, clean and tidy. There was a good selection at the breakfast buffet. The only issue I had here was that you would have to pay extra if you wanted a boiled egg or fried eggs (an extra 3 euros for either) which I thought was a bit pricey for an egg. The hotel is a 10/15 minute walk from the main centre of Verona and you will have risk your life crossing over Verona's version of Marble Arch in London. It is a 5 minute walk to the train station where you catch trains or buses to various different towns and cities (transport network is fabulous). If I was to return to Verona I would definitely stay in this hotel again. Nice comfortable stay, thank you.

First impressions were fine, as the reception area was very much what I expect in a hotel, the staff were very efficient and helpful. However, the room we stayed in certainly needed updating, especially the bathroom. No kettle, coffee etc. The hotel is located very near to the train and bus station, so perfectly placed if you are arriving or leaving by train or bus.
