A classic hotel with a 100-year history is an hour's train ride from Nagoya Station. I will go by taxi from Gamagori City, Aichi Prefecture. Especially recommended is beef curry. “On of the nicest Hotel in japan”
For a hotel you can say this is almost paradise ! The landscaping is some never seen. So beautiful with the mix of water and gardens it is so very beautiful. PLus the Emperor once slept there so as you can imagine the room prices are for high busget travelers. But just to visit it is worth the stop… more

“Time slip”
Love this hotel. The room was spacious with a great view overlooking the city. The western style breakfast was magnificent, and the servers were very attentive. This was a very comfortable hotel, very close to Takeshima and the Aquarium.

“From another era”
As the title reads - this place is in a time warp, and in some ways charming for it, but also rather antiquated and old fashioned in facilities, but the service is gentle and attentive. The best that Gamagori has to offer
