This business hotel in the heart of Nagoya is perfectly located and surprisingly good. The staff were very friendly and everything was spotlessly clean--not always the case in city-centre hotels, even in Japan. Yes, the room was not huge, but that's to be taken as standard for Japan, and it was sufficiently large and well equipped to have a very pleasant stay. Breakfast was excellent--a wide variety of buffet items including both Japanese and international food, very well selected and curated. With Japan still somewhat neurotic about COVID, we had to wear surgical gloves as well as a mask at the buffet, but that was more odd than anything else. (Hint--don't put sanitiser on first or the gloves are a devil to get on!) Overall, the hotel is very professional and friendly, and I'll be returning there on future trips.

“Good stay, but quite small”

We stayed here for a night during the new years holiday. It was a good stay, the breakfast was particularly nice with many choices. The room just felt quite small but it had everything we needed for our stay in Nagoya. Overall it was good value for our money.

The rooms were spotless clean and installed with modern appliances. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel’s location was only a short walk away from Fushimi Station. We booked 2 rooms for 3 adults and 3 children under 10 years old, but the rooms and beds were so small we had to cramp for 3 days. Asked the staff and they explained that because the kids were stay for free so they weren’t accounted for.

“Bad luck with noisy guests; convenient location; good service.”

My brother and I booked adjacent rooms here during Golden Week. We always ask for quiet rooms on a high floor. After I checked in I could immediately could hear a noisy family just down the hall...and could make out a mom and three noisy infants. The doors weren’t offering much sound isolation. So … more

My brother and I booked adjacent rooms here during Golden Week. We always ask for quiet rooms on a high floor. After I checked in I could immediately could hear a noisy family just down the hall...and could make out a mom and three noisy infants. The doors weren’t offering much sound isolation. So we requested a room change and were moved to the top floor. Bad luck would have it that I could immediately hear random shouts and outbursts from a guy in the room directly across from me. He clearly suffered from Tourette’s or was schizophrenic. I decided to gaman hoping his meds or tranquilizers would knock him out....and it was just for one night. The breaky was not bad. Smoothies, coffee, Japanese fare. A good value.
