“My first Nagoya hotel”
I was part of a travel group and we stay at this hotel. There's no real shopping departments except for Lawson, 7-11 and a couple of pharmacies. Breakfast at the hotel can be a little hassle. “Meets our expectations ”
Hotel is about 5 to 10 minutes walk away from the train station. Check-in was smooth and receptionist was polite and helpful. Room is small but still bearable and clean, basic amenities were all provided. Good for a short stay if you are transiting to other areas in Japan from Nagoya.

“Great Location”
Great location near Nagoya station. Friendly staff, clean room, Japanese sized room which is ok. Only problem is the mattress...it is terrible! Too hard and you can even feel the spring! I adjusted with additional comforter.
