I have stayed at this hotel a few times in the past and have written reviews about it previously. However, it continues to surpass my expectations each time I visit, and so I felt it deserved another review. I have stayed at many Hilton Hotels across Asia and Europe and I think this is my favourite property. The reason is simple - the staff are consistently exceptional. At this property, the star of the show seems to be the staff at the executive lounge. Not only are they professional, polite, and highly efficient, but they also offer a personalized level of service that I find surprising, even compared to the typically high standards found in Japan. To me, this hotel feels far more like a Conrad hotel when it comes to service, than a Hilton property. I would like to highlight three individuals whom I thought particularly stood out on this 5 day trip. Every day at the front door, there was a gentleman who goes by the name of Tommy. He is a “room division journey ambassador”. He was knowledgeable, and very polite, but was also friendly and very charismatic. I could not imagine a better person being at the front door of a hotel, and it was obvious that he takes great pride in his job. At the breakfast room, In Place, I was served once by a lady named Rekha Wakamori. Again, it was the natural and genuine interest in customers and the pride in her job that really stood out. Finally, in the executive lounge, there was a lady named Anri. She too, engaged in a very personal way with several of the customers, as I observed. She also remembered return customers, in terms of preferences and did quiet and thoughtful things to help them. I could see this interaction both in Japanese and in English. A final point that stands out about all three individuals is that not only are they fluent in Japanese but also in English – something that I think is very helpful at an international hotel like this Hilton property, which does receive a number of guests who don’t speak Japanese. Thank you once again to the Hilton Nagoya for making my stay so wonderful.

I booked my stay on the same day after visiting Alpensia Resort, and I was pleasantly surprised by the warm hospitality and thoughtful service. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. Their genuine care and small details made my stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. The location was convenient, the room was comfortable, and the food was excellent. Everything exceeded my expectations, especially considering it was a last-minute reservation. I truly appreciated the great service and the overall experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with friendly staff, a great location, and satisfying dining options. 알펜시아 리조트를 다녀온 후 당일 예약으로 투숙하게 되었는데, 기대 이상으로 만족스러운 시간을 보냈습니다. 도착 순간부터 직원분들의 친절한 응대와 세심한 배려가 정말 인상 깊었습니다. 작은 부분까지 신경 써주시는 모습 덕분에 편안하고 기분 좋은 숙박이 되었습니다. 위치도 편리했고, 객실은 쾌적했으며 음식까지 만족스러웠습니다. 급하게 예약한 숙박이었지만 모든 부분에서 기대 이상이었고, 특히 따뜻한 서비스가 가장 기억에 남습니다. 편안한 숙소, 좋은 위치, 맛있는 음식, 그리고 친절한 서비스를 원하는 분들께 자신 있게 추천하고 싶은 곳입니다.

“A great place to stay in Nagoya”

What a lovely hotel, well maintained and friendly people. The rooms are comfortable worh beautiful views on the city and a cozy place at the window. What a lovely hotel, well maintained and friendly people. The rooms are comfortable worh beautiful views on the city and a cozy place at the window. Staff is welcoming, Diamond status very nicely recognized. You feel welcome. The breakfast is amazing, all tasty and clean. Maybe The Management of this Hotel can train Narita which unfortunately lackscall of that. This hotel is well located to Science Museum and station.

“All rounder”

A superb all rounder hotel, for sure will be my top choice if visiting Nagoya again. Hope the upcoming Conrad Nagoya could be as good as this Hilton.
