“Good Value nice Stay”
We had a big clean room with separate toilet n shower room, air-conditioning, TV, fridge and very useful microwave n washing machine. “Very convenient”
It is a practical hotel. You get what you basically need. Close to the train station but far from the down town. The price is affordable. It is really clean, you also have a washing machine at the room. Cool :)

“Close to JR Station, Attentive Services but Noisy and Old Rooms”
Stayed at the Hotel Livemax Nagoya for 4 days during a recent vacation to Nagoya. I rented a car so needed a parking space. “Close to the hotel, but noisy!”
We stayed here for a week. This place is more like furnished apartment targeting long stay people. (Of course you can stay for 1 night). This place is right in front of train rails (JR and Meitetsu).
