“Richmonds are great :)”
We always enjoy staying at the Richmond Hotel and this one was no different. Our first week in Nagoya was in a different hotel, which was awful, we wish we had stayed at this hotel from the beginning. いつも利用させて頂いてるプランです。 パートナーのバースディでしたのでロングプランを利用しました。 いつもリクエストしてるリネンなども伝える前に準備してくださってるのでありがたいです。 スプーン忘れてしまい、日付変更してるのにわざわざスタッフの方が部屋まで届けてくださり、素晴らしい配慮と優しさに感動しました。 駐車場も台数ありますが安全です。 また滞在したいと思ってるので、よろしくお願いします。 I am always using this facilities when staying with my partner on the weekend. “Value for Money !”
Great hotel! The staff is welcoming and helpful . They allow luggage storage after check out . The hotel is quite near to the bus stop of Centrair Limousine (about 100 meters away) the bathroom is a bit spacious than typical Japan Hotels. Need to improve on Breakfast offering .

“Hair in the bathtub and bed”
It was disappointing that there was some hair found in the bathroom and in the bed. I stayed at the time of pandemic so for the whole time I was anxious.
