“Very pleasant hotel and extremely kind staff”
We used this hotel as part of a JR package shinkansen + hotel + lift pass. All of the hotel staff were extremely polite and full of attention for any question. “Unexpectedly pleasant hotel”
We decided to take a road trip when it was very busy and all the hotels/ryokan was fully book. This hotel was the only one available and nearby to nyuto onsen.
