Huge hotel which returns you to back 80-90s. Everything reminds you how was hotels earlier. However everything is working properly, clean everywhere, very pleasant staff. Really big room comparing modern Japan hotels. Free shuttle bus is available to/from Narita airport, Narita bus station, and Aeon shopping mall. Amazing view from window: you can see Mount Fuji.

“An 80's style hotel but with all the mod cons”

Apart from arriving at 0930 and not being able to check in until 3pm, the hotel is very comfortable, and everything works. I was on the 11th floor with good views, and the wooden doors acting as blinds meant I could make the room dark for a post-flight afternoon nap. It took me a while to work out how to turn the bedroom lights off (on the panel that looks like an 80's radio beside the bed). There is shower gel, shampoo and conditioner as well as other amenities such as a comb, toothbrush and razor. The only thing I would have liked was some body lotion after a 14-hour flight. The hotel rooms are old but clean, and the bed was really comfy. I didn't hear much despite being very close to the airport, and I could not hear my neighbours. You can leave your luggage there as I have done (away for 3 days) and I have asked (at a cost) to have an earlier check-in on my return from an overnight flight. Let's hope they allow this. There is a shop in the lobby that sells all sorts of stuff. I bought some beer and a bag of crisps and returned to my room and watched BBC News channel which was the only English channel I could find. The bus back to the airport is free and regular which is great.

Clean and comfortable, but a bit dated overall. The hotel has all the basic amenities and enough power outlets for modern gadgets, though USB-C ports were missing. The room was compact with limited space to move around. The bathroom fixtures were old but functional, the toilet area was small, and the water pressure was excellent. Pillows were comfortable, but the bed itself was just average. The window offered a nice view, although it was somewhat foggy until the sun cleared the moisture. The facility itself is spacious, with adequate elevators. Long hallways give it a slightly institutional feel, but it remains comfortable. Vending machines and guest laundry on each floor are convenient, and the gift shop on the first floor is handy for water and snacks. The lobby is large, and the breakfast buffet was adequate, with some options for vegetarian guests. We stayed here as part of a tour and found it suitable for a night or two. Overall, it’s a basic hotel designed to accommodate group tours rather than extended stays.

“Close to the Airport, Free Shuttle?”

spacious rooms the bedding was a bit hard, the bathroom old school breakfast on the top floor with a nice view just what you need - shuttle bus but it stops at 9:30 PM
