“Absolute ripper hotel”
I stayed with my family in a triple room so plenty of room for everyone. The beds were fantastic as many in Japan are too hard for me. The bathroom was a good size and very clean. It is very close to the station and we used it as a base to explore Kyushu as it has the shinkansen and local trains… more

“Great hotel👍”
I was there for a conference .Very nice hotel , location is good, walking distance from kokura station. The staffs are very co-operative, but only a few of them knows english. So thats a problem if you don't know Japanese. But Very neat and clean.

“Poor light blocking”
The hotel is central and clean. It is poky even for a Japanese business hotel. The room and bed are small and the promotional clutter in the room reduces available space further. My main complaint was that the curtains did not block out the light - even with them closed lots of it came into the ro… more

“Tiny Room”
Visited last weekend and paid very high price over US$150. 2 adults stayed in semi double room and it was the tiniest semi double room I have stayed in Japan. There is only space of around 2 feet wide between bed and desk for you to walk and open luggage :) Service was fine, room was looking clean … more
