“Kind and smart staff”
Though the hotel facility and amenities are not that good actually, the staff are kind and smart. They quickly dealt with my request in a very favorable way. Really appreciated. ホテルの設備・備品は普通ですが、スタッフの対応は親切でスマートです。私のリクエストに気持ちよく対応してくれました。満足しています。

“Air Conditioner does not blow cold. ”
The hotel is clean and the staff are really friendly. The only problem I have is that the A/C blows at room temperature. “A last resort option.”
Most rooms are very noisy -giving onto the railway tracks- smallish and the staff hardly speaks any English. Not conveniently located. Quite some way from Tenjin Hub. As a last resort of for a short one night stay only.
