“Lovely relaxing stay”
Totally loved our stay in this hotel. As we were out of season we had the onsen to ourselves which was a nice surprise. We had the set menu for dinner and were so impressed by the quality of the food. Really exceptional food and wonderful service. Thank you.

“The absolute best attention”
It was stated after 8pm we could not check in - We arrived to Sansui around 7:30pm and were terrified no one would be there to attend us. The opposite. Receptionist are very nice, friendly and good service mine. We arrived at hotel quite to late but he still taking care with smile and can get more information for us very well. Fukuji Onsen is a wonderful peaceful location - especially after hitting the tourist trap that Kamikochi has become.
