“Friendly”
The staff go over and beyond to help. We had accidentally left our jackets in a previous Ryokan. They very kindly organised with the previous ryokan to ship it on to our next location. Very Friendly run ryokan and I would happily stay again.

We stayed a night and enjoyed it thoroughly. The room was very spacious, and had all the amenities one would need. “Cosy futons, amazing tempura, great food”
Had the best sleep ever in their cosy futons. Amazing food especially the tempura with matcha salt. Perfect service from start to end. Highly recommend.

A lovely place to stay, good facilities and helpful staff. If you’ve not stayed at a ryokan before there’s a certain etiquette involved.
