Modern, clean, comfortable and good value "business-style" hotel ideal for stopping en-route. Very nice public baths (onsen) including coin-operated washing machine in the changing rooms: very useful!

As far as Japanese business hotels go, this one is a winner. As with any business hotel, you get a very small room, but the rooms here seem new, are well-kept and are very clean. The mattresses are firm and don't have that "used" sag. There is an onsen on the first floor, or you can shower in your room. The only in-room amenity I felt was lacking was an iron. The breakfast is a simple Japanese buffet style, not overflowing with selection but quite good for a business hotel. Finally, the service is very efficient and professional. You pay when you check in so you can just walk out when you're ready the next morning.

“Clean and quiet ...”

We often stay in Route Inn, as they're reasonably priced and conveniently located. They have all the facilities and toiletries that you need for your stay. We often stay in Route Inn, as they're reasonably priced and conveniently located. They have all the facilities and toiletries that you need for your stay. The decor was subtle colours - browns and beige. This hotel was clean and quiet - we couldn't hear any traffic noise. The breakfast was good. My only complaints are 2 minor points ... Although the double bed is big, it is hard - so, if you like soft mattress, it will be hard to sleep. And the bathroom is a little tight - I wouldn't like to be taller than 180 cms. But, overall it was a very good hotel.

It's a good business hotel. I say siply 'good' because it offers all what business people are looking for. However, there isn't any room to be seated at and work a little but just a cold hall. In this all, you have a free coffee machine (better taste than the breakfast one) but it's only woeking in certain times. If you stay more than 3 days (we stayed for a fortnight) you'll get crazy with the environmental music they've got. Too repetitive and drives you mad. Breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety with some occidental food as toasts, sausages and scrumble eggs. Orange juice is yummy too and for coffee wait for the one outside hehe. The hotel has 2 convenience shops opposite the road. However, if you are looking for a supermarket you cannot find any. Only a kind of store where you have cosmetics and some kind of food but not ready meals. This one is 10-15 mins walking. You have free parking and wifi in room working perfectly. Finally, you have also an onden but it can only be used from 15.00 till 2.00 am! So not available in the morning. It's a small onsen to have a relaxing bath. So it's perfect for a business hotel. If you can choose... choose those rooms with river views because in the other side you can listen the train passing by. Enjoy!!
