“Great location - excellent stay”
We stayed at this hotel as part of a package holiday. It’s a 15 minute tram ride from the train station but very straightforward to get there. “No response to follow up emails”
While the hotel stay was perfectly fine it is the follow up I am annoyed about. My Mum purchased some pottery and left it in the room on departure - I have contacted the hotel 4 times since to check the whereabouts of the pottery and have not once had follow up. “Quiet hotel close to public transport and tramways”
