The location cannot be beat, 2 mins walk from the main Station. Room a bit small but comfortable with all the amenities you need, mini fridge, electric tea kettle and toiletries. One thing I didn't like was that the window was frosted, so you couldn't see out, but the window did crack open a few inches. We would stay again.

“Fab for a night”

Economy double room but it was a bed for a night. Comfy bed and lovely pod bathroom. Air con was quiet and new so I could sleep well. Breakfast could have been better although granola and yoghurt and flavoured water was lovely. Would definitely return.

Let's start with breakfast. To be fair, there are warnings that it can be busy around 0800ish, but the warnings did not stop the shock for what was a tsunami of human life, some 200 people trying to all get into a small breakfast room. Out of the lifts on Floor 2 and then kept power. Bodies everywhere. Groups trying to leave. Westerners struggling to self check out. And then me and the wife waiting for 17 minutes in line. You could not make it up. Helpful signs to advise you how it all worked hidden my a mass of human flesh. A UN gathering of the World in a 10 x 6m room. Breakfast itself was alight. The staff did their best. But... As for the room. Yup another small one typical of 3 star Japanese hotels near stations the World over. Clean and tidy and everything there. But for a 6ft 3inch 235lb Brit, note to self, pay more and get a better room.

I stayed in the standard single room for 3 nights. Size wise the room was a typical for Japanese business type hotels, small but enough for me because I stayed by myself. Everything in the room worked properly, as expected in Japan. Location is good, a quick walk to the Hiroshima station, a tram stop around the corner. I walked to the Peace Park (around 40 min) and to Shukkeien garden (around 20 min). The hotel looked extremely busy (my stay was Friday to Monday). Large groups of people were everywhere, it looked like they were sold out probably. The hotel staff at the front desk looked overwhelmed. There was the line for check in. I wanted to purchase a coupon for breakfast but only succeeded once, I was told the breakfast is sold out at two other attempts. How could they sell out a breakfast buffet, I am not sure. Fortunately there is Lawson on the first floor and 7-11 across the street. I would stay somewhere else next time, considering many hotel choices at the same price range in the area. I would prefer a less hectic place to stay.
