“Good choice”
- great location: near to JR station, bus station, tram station - just walking distance to the renowned morning fish market - lots of eateries - 7 eleven convenience store just cross the road - nice spacious chilling lounge with free coffee and tea

“Welcoming and homely.”
A much warmer welcome than a big hotel chain. Let us check in early without charging us and directed us to free tea and coffee in the lounge.Room was slightly dated but well set out and had everything we needed including a fridge and bathtub. “Great location”
Very close to train station so convenient for those experiencing Japan this way. Hotel appears ok but look a bit closer and it needs some upkeep to the bathrooms and general room improvements. No usb points in rooms. Free coffee/tea in an area on the ground floor is welcome and a good meeting point… more

“Comfortable and close to Hakodate station”
The room was not too small and again we had twin beds because this gave a bigger room. they were comfortable and we overcame the overheated room by tirning off the aircon. Shower was hot and the bathroom clean
