Beautiful hilltop setting with views to the mountains. Great golf course, nice Onsen, large comfortable rooms with soft drinks included. Gourmet dinner in the half board option, again with amazing views. Good, friendly service. For the money, top notch!

Immediately after arriving at New Chitose International airport, we jumped into our hire car and drove 2 hours to Lavender fields (Saika no Sato). Then onward to the nearby Furano Resort Orika. “Large and conventional”
Furano is a small town and from what I know, most people visit during winter for snow skiing. I went during the summer to see the flower lavender fields. This was the only hotel with availability during my stay. It's nothing fancy, but it's spacious, clean, well maintained with friendly service.… more
