Since it is a business hotel, check-in in the evening was crowded with office workers, but check-in in the morning was relatively smooth. The breakfast buffet had a lot of local ingredients, and the view from the window was wonderful. The open-air bath in the large public bath was the best, combined with the coldness of winter. The sauna was large, but I felt that the temperature was a little low. The size of the room was just right, and the air purifier was always available, so it was comfortable.

Incredibly good for a low cost business style hotel. The room was big and comfortable. Incredibly good for a low cost business style hotel. The room was big and comfortable. The onsen was beyond our expectations, especially the fun experience of taking an elevator in the nude (gender segregated!). The breakfast was also impressive- a great choice and all quite tasty. The only bad point, which is why I didn't give it 5 stars, is that they had issues with the parking and the service wasn't very good- the system the staff used was not fair to people standing in line.

“北の大地の恵み”

最上階の天然温泉、北の大地の恵みが一杯の朝食(seafood,milk,fish etc)に感激する。釧路川を真上から望み眺望も素敵、値段もreasonable.新館の方がcomfortable. You must be amazed by it's fresh breakfast and spring water,the price being reasonable and I recommend you should choose in a new building.

If you wanted to stay in one of the better hotels in Kushiro you would probably choose between the ANA, LaVista or Paco Hotel. If you wanted to stay in one of the better hotels in Kushiro you would probably choose between the ANA, LaVista or Paco Hotel. For non-Japanese expecting English language support, the ANA Hotel is best suited. If you wanted a natural spring Japanese bath you would stay in LaVista or Paco. LaVista probably has a better breakfast, but the Paco Hotel breakfast is not bad and the 12 floor views from the dining room are much better than the views from the LaVista. The jewel in the crown for the Paco hotel is the Crystal Bar. Also located on the 12 floor, the views are good, the staff are friendly and it is a very relaxing place to enjoy a drink. The Paco hotel is older than the LaVista. There is very little English signage and it would well suit the non-Japanese who wanted to get away from other foreign tourists. The Paco Hotel also excels in the variety of massage and other relaxation treatments. The relaxing outdoor bath on the rooftop is somewhat spoilt by the large TV screen. The rooms are standard, the room tempreture settings may be a little high for some non-Japanese but the windows can be opened to let the cool breeze in. Of the three hotels, the Paco is closest to the restaurant district and there is a great robata yaki style restaurant that specializes in oysters just across the road from the hotel. It is called Toraya.
