“Best time visiting Kinosaki!”
My husband and I had the best time staying here. The meals were incredible - loved the snow crab. We also enjoyed visiting multiple bathhouses in the town utilizing the convenient shuttle that they offer. Everyone was kind and welcoming. Highly recommend!

“Hotel and bath is great but food service was so so”
The hotel and the baths esp. the Tsuryu outdoor bath was great. Hotel was a bit far from town. Food service was average - staff was rushing to explain (can slow down a bit) and not watchful to refill water and tea. Japanese supervisors should work harder to train them.
