“Good hotel, convenient location, just skip the breakfast.”
Stayed here one night on a business trip, room was large by Japanese standards and clean. Staff was super-helpful and friendly. Lopcation is 2 minute walk from train station and 5 minute walk from a nice park and the Tsukuba Space Center. My only complaint is that the breakfast is pretty inedible … more

“Good service for low price”
Very friendly and warm welcome. Rooms clean and convenient. Japanese breakfast included, no western standard ingredients though. Directly connected to main station and mall with restaurants. Perfect fit for short stay.

“Clean and superb location”
Stayed here for 2 nights for a business trip. This hotel is within minutes to everything one needs: Tsukuba train station, Tsukuba coach terminal, Family Matt and QT shopping mall. “Nice hotel with good location”
Room are ok even stay near the lift Location is good with plenty of food choices Near the bus station and train, very accessible. No breakfast but its ok. Shopping and duty free shops are nearby or one train stop away No swimming pool or gym but plenty of place to do running
